Talent Management Define, implement and execute talent management objectives in line with business priorities and needs. Identify programs to address strategic talent management issues.
Organization Design and Effectiveness Provide expertise to maximize organization effectiveness. Design and implement effective organization structures and governance models, align roles to effective work processes.
Program / Project Management Program or project leadership of a singular or broad mix of projects, towards the goal of successfully implementing key initiatives.
